Epitace Nobera
Mr. Nobera is an international development expert with skills in policies, programs, and project design and implementation in agriculture, poverty and food insecurity reduction, resilience building, climate change adaptation, and facilitation of impact investment into African agribusinesses.
He worked for major donors, consultancies, and NGOs in over 15 African countries and 2 Caribbean countries during a four-decade career. He has been actively involved in non-profit organizations, particularly in Rotary Club and Toastmasters International, holding leadership positions, particularly in Rwanda, Kenya, Haiti, Niger, and Canada.
Mr. Nobera holds an MSc-Agricultural Economics (Laval University, Que, Canada) and an MBA-Agribusiness (University of Guelph, Ont, Canada).
Tim Muzira
Mr. Muzira Tim is a seasoned development expert with over 20 years of experience in multiple sectors, working with bilateral and multilateral agencies including USAID, World Bank, IFC, EU as well as development organizations and firms such as Palladium, ACDI/VOCA, IRG, Chemonics, TetraTech, and CNF.
He successfully conducted various technical consulting assignments in Rwanda, Burundi, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and the East African community at large. He designed and managed large and complex projects where he worked with private sector firms involved in agribusiness, real estate, energy, information technology, and mining.
Mr. Muzira has also participated in high-level discussions with private lending institutions as well as high net-worth individuals interested to invest in Rwanda and Africa in general. He has experience providing business development services such as business plans, feasibility studies, and market assessments. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in management and organizational development sciences from the Université du CEPROMAD in DRC and an MBA from the University of Cumbria in the UK.
